Generally, the law of the country of nationality of the spouses applies.
If spouses have different nationalities — the laws of both countries may apply.
If the marriage was concluded abroad and one spouse is a BiH citizen — the divorce may be conducted before a court in BiH.

If there are no minor children:

Mutual consent divorce requires at least 6 months to have passed since the marriage.
