Workplace mobbing is a serious form of psychological harassment that can have long-lasting effects on the health, dignity, and professional stability of an employee. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, many workers suffer mobbing in silence – most often due to fear of dismissal or lack of awareness of their rights.
